Thank you for applying to be a part of our annual Opendoor Car Show & Craft Fair. This is such a wonderful event to reach the community with your products and have a little fun while doing it!
While we cannot guarantee that there will not be similar products offered at the show, we will do our best to ensure that like product offerings are spaced apart. A complete description of products and services will be helpful in determining this. Products that will NOT be accepted include the following: drug paraphernalia, sexually explicit or provocative material, anything with the use of profanity, etc. If you feel that your product may fit in these categories, please do not register. Vendor Rules

Below are a list of rules for this event. We ask that you would review each item and check the box to attest that you have read and understand each rule thoroughly.

Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their own Florida sales tax. Vendor spaces are 10ft X 10ft and are $20. If you would like a double spot, there is an option below for side-by-side spots. You will be in responsible for having your own tent, tables, chairs and any other items to set-up your space. There will be NO electricity available at this event for vendor spaces. All tents MUST have weights on each leg to ensure everyone’s safety at the event. Vendors are not permitted to take down their booth early or bring a vehicle into the event area unless given permission by the Opendoor Vendor Committee. No pets allowed other than ADA service animals. If for whatever reason, weather prevents the event from happening, Opendoor Church will make every attempt to reschedule the event date. Failure to abide by the aforementioned rules, will result in removal from the event and vendor fees will be forfeited.
